In Terms & Conditions, PICCO TALENT is addressed as PICCO TALENT and the PICCO TALENT’S CLIENT as CLIENT. Remote resource(s) or resource(s)shall mean the Developer or Technical Expert, who will be working on the CLIENT’s project.
The Client has to make a written request, through an email addressed to contact@piccotalent.com or suresh@piccotalent.com, asking for the remote resource(s). The Client has to mention how many Resource(s) they are looking for, at what level of experience, and the technical specialization they are looking for in the Resource(s). Alternatively, they may fill in the ‘Quick Enquiry’ form that is available on the website of Picco Talent, stating their interest to hire Resource(s) from Picco Talent.
As per the request from the Client, Picco Talent shall supply Resource(s), who possess the right set of skills, with right level of experience in practical implications of technology. They shall execute any requirement that requires the knowledge and skill of technology for executing their work towards CLIENT’s requirement.
PICCO TALENT shall take the responsibility of providing technical knowledge to the resource(s), on a need basis, for a better and enhanced performance.
As per the request from the CLIENT, PICCO TALENT shall supply that many Remote Resource(s). In case of Picco Talent’s Resource(s) being occupied in other Projects, then, PICCO TALENT shall inform the CLIENT about the same. The CLIENT may wait for PICCO TALENT to relieve the Resource(s) from their current project and then source them into their projects. PICCO Talent shall inform the CLIENT on when by latest they can source Resource(s) into their project.
In case the CLIENT is dissatisfied with the Resource(s), then, PICCO TALENT shall replace the Resource(s), to continue to support the CLIENT’s project.
The Resource(s) shall commence work immediately after receiving 15 days of advance cost for the resource(s)and signing of contract agreement for supply of remote resource(s) from PICCO TALENT to the CLIENT.
The 3 months contract period shall be effective from the day of start of work and the remote resource(s) shall provide the services to the CLIENT accordingly.
The cost for the Resource(s) will be mutually agreed upon between PICCO TALENT and CLIENT and the same shall be mentioned in the contract agreement that will be signed by both the parties. The cost mentioned does not include GST and the CLIENT shall separately bare the cost of GST, in addition to the cost for the Resource(s).
CLIENT shall agree for seeking services of remote resource(s)supplied by PICCO TALENT for a minimum period of three months, with maximum period that can be any.
Full-time remote resource(s) supplied by PICCO TALENT, shall be the dedicated full-time resource(s) for the CLIENT’S PROJECT, and shall work from the office of PICCO TALENT only.
The Remote Resource(s) shall work from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
The Infrastructure part shall be completely taken care of by PICCO TALENT and will include high end laptops for remote resource(s) to execute work, 50 mbps internet speed, power back up and all the required software tools.
Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice of 2 months.
The agreement shall mention the start date and the end date of the contract period between PICCO TALENT AND THE CLIENT.
