Yes, you may try our Developer for a week. You may assign a small task or a module in your project that would typically only take a week’s time. The Developer will complete the task and deliver to you at the end of the week. If you find our Developer satisfactory, you may continue with the Developer on a paid contract basis. Free trial will not be available for short term engagement (less than 3 months).
Our developers normally join our Clients on a full-time, fully dedicated basis. That said if you’re interested in building a long-term partnership that starts with part-time, we may have a discussion on this.

Depending on the needs, situation and what we see as the best solution, it can vary. Normally, our Developers are available to start work in as early as 72 hours and that will be after receiving an advance payment towards their first month’s payment and signing of contract agreement.
The standard minimum contract duration is 3 months.
If the contract requires to be renewed, the CLIENT shall give intimation to PICCOTALENT for the same, one month in advance. If not renewed, the contract shall automatically get expired as per the mentioned contract period.
All our Developers are our in-house Developers and we do not deal with any Freelancers or outsiders. They all work from our premises in Chennai, India.
Right now we have been focusing only on remote in-sourcing. We are also well-equipped with high speed broad band connection, communication channels and project management tools. However, should you require our Developers to be present onsite; we are open for a further discussion.
The mode of payment is usually a bank transfer.
